Tom Many

In addition to working as a classroom teacher, learning center director, curriculum supervisor, and principal, Tom served as a superintendent for 20 years. During his tenure at Kildeer Countryside Community Consolidated School District 96 (feeder district to the renowned Adlai E. Stevenson High School), Tom’s leadership supported student achievement that improved every year for twelve consecutive years. This achievement was particularly notable for the growth of students with special needs.

Given these successes, Tom is a highly sought-after speaker and consultant. He has authored and co-authored numerous books and papers including Learning By Doing (2016), Leadership in Professional Learning Communities at Work (2009), and How to Cultivate Collaboration in a PLC (2015).
